2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S
Ensuring the exclusivity of the Aston Martin Vanquish S is the fact that the model was only in production for just two years. That means it’s a rare car globally, but even more so in Australia where only a handful were delivered. With very low kilometres recorded, this car, with its combination of colour-scheme and its sheer presence, is every inch the modern British supercar.
An example of the second generation of the Vanquish, this S model features a glorious, normally-aspirated 5.9-litre V12 engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission. Power peaks at 443 kW and torque is a hefty 630 Nm, combining to give the S a nought to 100 km/h time of under four seconds.
Limited V12 production
There are other factors making this car a standout, too. Not the least of which is that this example was one of the last production runs of that mighty V12 engine. This car also features both factory carbon-fibre exterior-panel packages, an option which is no longer available, making the vehicle impossible to replicate.
Highly accessorised interior
The interior is also highly accessorised with carbon-fibre and the premium Bang and Olufsen sound system and fabulous One-77 steering wheel are also fitted. The rest of the interior is trimmed in a combination of Obsidian Black leather and Taylors Grey Alcantara. The Vanquish’ exterior colour is Alloro Green and is protected by a clear film wrap.
Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, multi-function screen, digital radio, six air-bags, traction and launch control, reversing camera, parking sensors front and rear, keyless entry and start, climate-control, LED lighting, heated/memory front seats, tyre-pressure monitoring, navigation, selectable drive modes, 20-inch alloy wheels, adaptive dampers.
