2017 Aston Martin Vanquish S
Naturally aspirated V12
The Aston Martin Vanquish S is quite remarkable and set to become an appreciating automotive acquisition thanks to being the last of the full carbon fibre-bodied Astons, while also marking the final appearance of the spine-tingling naturally aspirated V12 engine.
Some say the Vanquish S is also the most alluring Aston Martin body ever crafted. It’s hard not to subscribe to this point of view. What is without conjecture, however, is its crushing performance and roar from the quad tailpipes that makes rolling thunder sound timid by comparison.
The Vanquish S is equally suited to hunting corners on twisty country roads as it is unwinding its long legs as the ideal long-distance GT cruiser.
Beautiful inside and out
This 2017 Vanquish S Coupe’s carbon fibre body is finished in China Grey but with exposed carbon fibre sections for the front and rear spoilers, roof, side sills, bonnet vents and door handles. The juxtaposition of exposed polished carbon fibre with smooth finished painted carbon fibre surfaces is unique in the automotive world. Not to mention, beautiful. The interior features sumptuous quilted leather with red stitching and chopped carbon centre console.
This was the first Vanquish S to arrive in Australia for its 2017 launch and it has only travelled 1,750 kms. A rare opportunity to own a modern sports car already closing in on icon status.
