  • Pole Position

    Pole Position

This Aston Martin V8 Vantage S Roadster sits on pole position for exclusivity. It is one of two drop top versions of the Red Bull Racing Special Edition in the country, but it is the only one signed by Red Bull Racing top gun Daniel Riccardo and team boss Christian Horner.

The occasion was a VIP showroom event at Aston Martin Melbourne in the lead up to the 2018 Formula 1 Grand Prix at Albert Park.  The signatures have been preserved in clear lacquer for perpetuity. Talk about popping the bonnet for bragging rights …

  • F1-inspired

    F1-inspired

The two signatures add a wonderful exclamation mark to some serious RBR treatment.

Naturally enough, the exterior treatment on this special Tungsten Silver roadster features plenty of F1-inspired carbon fibre, most notable the lower front spoiler and rear bumper. But it is the subtle RBR touches such as the carbon fibre front grille surround with red painted accents and carbon fibre side strake with the RBR logo and also a red finish that stamp this Aston Martin as something truly unique.

The interior treatment is especially stylish with trademark RBR red and yellow stitching, beautifully stitched-in-white RBR F1 team logo on the headrests and, of course, more carbon fibre.

    300 km/h plus

Performance may not be as fast as the F1 race car, but there’s nothing shy about the rumbling 4.7-litre V8 producing 321 kW of power and 490 Nm of torque – enough to move this machine from zero to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds on its way to a 305 km/h top speed.
